The temperatures in Indianapolis are slowly starting to rise and we're springing forward. That means Easter is on the way! Indianapolis has plenty of Easter fun for every kid in your family. Whether they prefer an indoor or outdoor hunt or really just want to avoid the Easter Bunny, there's still fun to be had! Read on for some fun ideas to try this spring!

This free event for the whole family includes more than just Easter eggs! Register now to enjoy music, crafts, and other Easter festivities! You may even get a chance to take a photo with the Easter Bunny!

2) BCHS Easter Egg Hunt - [LINK:]

Saturday, March 31, 2018 - 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Bishop Chatard High School (5885 Crittenden Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46220)

Make sure to RSVP for this popular Easter Egg hunt! Grab your little and their Easter baskets to hunt for eggs on the lawn! Stick around and visit the gymnasium for games and other activities. Don't forget to snap a photo with the Easter Bunny while you're there!

3) Underwater Easter Egg Hunt - [LINK:]

Indy Island - Indy Parks & Recreation (8575 E Raymond St, Indianapolis, Indiana)

This is exactly what it sounds like! The kids get to hunt for their Easter eggs underwater in the pool! Bring a water-friendly basket to collect your eggs and get ready to meet Grant the Gator! You must register for this event since space is limited. It's $5 to participate, plus $3 pool admission! Sign up for this "egg-citing" underwater hunt!

4) Saxony Easter Egg Drop 2018 - [LINK;]

Saturday, March 24, 2018 - 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Saxony Sports Fields (13578 E. 131st Street, Fishers, Indiana 46037)

At this northside event, a hot-air balloon is going to drop 10,000 eggs for children 10 and under. Yes, a real hot-air balloon! The egg drop is free for the first 750 children registered to hunt. Make sure you register in Advance, as there is no onsite registration.

5) Zionsville Lions Club EGGnormous Egg Hunt - [LINK:]

Saturday, March 31, 2018 - 9:00 AM

Lions Park (115 South Elm Street, Zionsville, IN 46077)

This is the first event of the year in Lions Park! The event begins at 9:30 AM, but the first egg hunt will begin at 10:30 AM. Arrive early for a continental breakfast and to find parking. Children will be broken into different age groups to hunt for eggs. This event is free!
