Countdown to Noon
The Children’s Museum, located near the intersection of Meridian Street and 30th Street, will have a special daytime New Year’s Celebration for families with young children. Rather than counting down to midnight, the Children’s Museum will count down to noon, allowing children to be awake for a countdown. The event takes place in the main lobby of the museum, and it starts at 10:00am and ends at 1:00pm. Grammy-nominated musician Zak Morgan will perform, and New Year’s favors like hats will be given out to attendees. All ages are welcome to the Countdown to Noon at the Children’s Museum. There is no extra price to attend the event. All event activities are included with normal museum admission.
