You've likely heard the saying, "there is more than corn in Indiana." However, we put the tall corn stalks that we do have to good use during the fall months. Corn mazes are aplenty in the Central Indiana area during the fall! If you're ready to get yourself (and the kids) lost in the corn for a little while, the places listed below are worth a weekend visit!

Conner Prairie - Noblesville, IN: This Hamilton County hotspot is filled with fall fun all season long. The corn maze is all-ages friendly during the day, along with a myriad of other historical activities. Stick around in the evening to take part in the haunted Headless Horseman corn maze, hayride, and other spooky events. General admission is $18 for adults, $17 for seniors 65 and older, $13 for ages 2 to 12 and free for children 2 and younger. The maze is free during the evenings of the Headless Horseman events. Runs September 21 to October 27th.

Piney Acres Farm - Fortville, IN: For 8 acres of perfect fall family fun, visit the corn maze at Piney Farm! Inspired by their famous Piney Acres Gem mine, it's a great place to get lost for the day. Join them during the day and the cost is included in your general admission price. Or, if spooky is more your style, visit at night as part of the Piney Acres Scream Farm. General admission is $12 for ages 3+, $5 for walking children up to 2, and free for infants. Haunted maze admission is $16 at the door or $15 advance purchase. The maze may also be bundled with some of their other haunted options. Runs September 28th to October 31st.

Stuckey Farm - Sheridan, IN: This working farm is open year-round but really comes alive in the fall season. Enjoy their Harvest Festival weekends with apple cider donuts, apple cannons, and huge pumpkins. Visit any weekend on Saturday and Sunday from September 14th through October 27th to enjoy everything the farm has to offer! Check out the 8-acre corn maze, plus a 60-foot slide, pedal cars, a barrel train, kid’s size games, and maze. Not to mention the parking is free! Admission is $12.50 per person, under 2 is always free!

Beasley's Orchard - Danville, IN: Just west of Indianapolis, you'll find another place for fall fun! Pick apples, shop in their market, take a farm tour, play games, and visit their 8-acre corn maze. Fun games help you navigate your way through the maze, but there's so much more to do while you're there! Open a variety of hours from September 20th - October 31st, the corn maze is $5 on weekdays or $7 on weekends. Combo passes for all attractions are $9 on weekdays and $12 on weekends.

Tuttle Orchard - Greenfield, IN: Running September 7th to October 31st, drive out east to check out their 4-acre Agrimaze. This is a 20-30 minute maze that's perfect for all ages. Find your way out of the maze to enjoy hayrides, picking apples and pumpkins, plus you can see some farm animals! Make sure to visit their farm store and cafe for local products, seasonal produce, and apple cider slushies. As one of the most affordable fall fun options, admission to the Agrimaze is $5. Or, purchase a combo pass that includes the Agrimaze, Tractor Town and a hayride for $10. Children 1 and under are always free.

Also worth mentioning, is one of the newest exhibits at the Indiana State Museum called A-MAZE-D. This new exhibit is a way to practice problem-solving and learn about maze creation. Work your way through a life-sized cardboard castle maze with 5-foot-tall walls, plus a 14-foot-tall tower and four tunnels to explore. If the weather ruins your outdoor plans, head downtown to enjoy some indoor maze fun!

Fall is such a beautiful time in Indiana. Harvest season is a great reminder of all the changes that happen in the fall, so make sure to get out and enjoy some of what these beautiful facilities offer!Image title
